Apply for Housing
Thank you for your interest in the Housing Authority of the County of Armstrong. Applications are available for Public Housing, Balcony Towers, and the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program.
Step 1
Download and complete the appropriate housing application.
Step 2
Complete every section of the application. Applications that are incomplete or not signed and dated will not be processed.
Step 3
Submit your completed application to the Housing Authority of the County of Armstrong.

The waiting list will be open beginning November 1, 2021.

Applications may also be completed in person at our Administrative Office located at 350 South Jefferson Street, Kittanning, PA 16201.

Please notify us of any changes to your mailing address, phone number, or email address. If we are unable to contact you, your name will be removed from the waiting list and you will need to reapply.
